IMPULSA is Maslov Global's six-month strategic support for food entrepreneurs who are already selling and want to grow their business with clear numbers, a plan and a team that has already walked that road.

WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU

The market isn't waiting for a new product.

There are hundreds of products on the shelf. For yours to get in, it has to make sense, stand out from what's already selling and sell fast.

Two ways of standing out don't work. Being cheaper, because it's bad business. And being tastier, because every entrepreneur believes their product is the tastiest.

What works is built: costs that leave a margin for you, the distributor and the store; a product that lasts on the shelf; packaging any customer understands; and a step-by-step way into stores.

You can learn it the hard way. Or with someone who has already walked that road.

THE SHIFT

BEFORE NOW

In six months you go from this… to this.

You decide based on urgency or gut feeling. You move forward with a clear plan and priorities.

You sell without knowing your real margins. You read your numbers with confidence.

You're unsure if your product is ready for stores. You know exactly what to adjust.

You want to get into stores but don't know how. You have a realistic channel strategy.

You walk alone, figuring everything out yourself. You have support, community and guidance for six months.

HOW IT WORKS

A plan built for your business, and six months to carry it out with us.

STEP 01

Opening 1:1 session

With your assessment in hand, we define where you are today, where you want to be in six months and the action plan to get there.

STEP 02

Six months of execution

Every week you move your plan forward and we meet live in a small group. Between sessions you have a direct chat with our team for every question or roadblock.

STEP 03

Closing 1:1 session

We review what you achieved and set the next steps so you can keep growing.

The most important thing you bring is your time and your commitment to move forward every week.

YOU START THE SAME DAY

From the moment you enroll, you get access to the platform and the first classes. In the second class you complete your assessment, and we use it to book your opening 1:1 session.

WHAT YOU LEARN

How the food business works here, not back home.

The market, the consumer and the rules in Canada and the United States are not the same as in Latin America. The classes give you that context; the weekly sessions apply it to your business.

  • 01 How the food industry works in North America.
  • 02 How Canadian and American consumers buy.
  • 03 How to produce legally: permits, licences and space options.
  • 04 Your cost structure and pricing ladder: your margin, the distributor's and the store's.
  • 05 Shelf life and format: how to make your product last on the shelf.
  • 06 What your label and packaging must say so any customer understands it.
  • 07 How to present an authentic Latin product to a customer who isn't Latino.
  • 08 How to position yourself against what's already in the market.
  • 09 The channel path: from the Latin grocery store to specialty stores and chains.
  • 10 How to pitch and negotiate with stores and distributors.

IS IT FOR YOU?

IMPULSA isn't for everyone. And that's fine.

IT'S FOR YOU IF…

  • You already sell your product, even from home, at events or in a few stores.
  • Your customers come back.
  • You want to reach more customers and don't know where to start.
  • You're willing to adjust recipe, format or price if the numbers call for it.
  • You can give it time every week.

NOT YET IF…

  • You're looking for classes just to watch, without applying anything.
  • You expect someone to do the work for you.
  • You believe your edge is being the cheapest.

Do you own a restaurant and want to take your recipes into retail? That's what Restaurant to Retail is for.

WHO WALKS WITH YOU

We started from home, just like you.

We've spent more than a decade in North America's food industry. We learned every rule, every cost and every mistake firsthand, and invested heavily in specialized advice to understand what no one explained to us in Spanish. Today we've supported more than 70 businesses across Canada and the United States, and each one taught us something new.

IMPULSA exists so you don't have to pay that price. So every dollar you put into your business comes back as soon as possible.

WHAT PEOPLE ASK US

Before you message us.

Is IMPULSA a course?

No. It includes 14 recorded classes, but the core is the support: a plan built for your business, a live session every week, two 1:1 sessions and direct chat with our team for six months.

Does my product need to be ready?

Ideally you're already selling, even a little. If you have several product ideas, the assessment helps you choose the one with the most potential.

Does it work if I live in the United States?

Yes. We support businesses in Canada and the United States, and the rules for your location are built into your plan.

What language is it in?

Sessions and classes are in Spanish.

How much time do I need?

The weekly session runs about 90 minutes, plus the time to move your plan forward. The pace depends on how fast you want to go.

Can my business partner join?

Yes. Partners in the same business join together under one enrollment.

When can I start?

We work in small groups and open new groups in stages. Once you enroll, you get platform access the same day.

How much does it cost?

We'll share it on WhatsApp once we know your business. Monthly payments are available.

What happens after six months?

You finish with a plan and the tools to keep going on your own. You stay in the IMPULSA Community, and if you ever need more support, we'll talk about it.

THE NEXT STEP

Stop improvising. Start growing with structure.

Message us and tell us what you sell and where you are today. We talk on WhatsApp first and, if IMPULSA makes sense for you, we book a call to get to know your business.
